摘要
随着智能制造与工业4.0的快速发展,机器视觉技术在工业自动化、质量检测、智能物流等领域的应用日益广泛,现场工程师岗位对具备机器视觉专业技能的毕业生需求激增,传统高等教育模式往往面临理论与实践脱节、课程内容滞后于行业技术发展、学生实战经验不足等问题。为有效解决这一矛盾,该文旨在通过整合高校教育资源与企业实际项目需求,构建一套创新的基于现场工程师培养的机器视觉课程教学体系,为培养符合行业需求的现场工程师提供更合理路径。
With the rapid development of intelligent manufacturing and Industry 4.0,the application of machine vision technology in industrial automation,quality inspection,intelligent logistics and other fields is becoming increasingly widespread.The demand for graduates with machine vision professional skills in on-site engineering positions has surged.Traditional higher education models often face problems such as a disconnect between theory and practice,course content lagging behind industry technological development,and students lacking practical experience.To effectively address this contradiction,this study aims to construct an innovative machine vision course teaching system based on on-site engineer training by integrating university education resources with actual project needs of enterprises,providing a more reasonable path for cultivating on-site engineers that meet industry demands.
