摘要
该文结合玉米联合收割机的实际应用情况,提出智能化改造的具体方案,通过安装传感器、集成控制系统以及数据分析模块,实现了收割机的自动化调节、故障自诊断和远程监控功能,并通过试验与模拟分析,评估智能化改造后收割机在作业效率、燃油消耗、故障率等方面的性能变化。结果表明,智能化改造后的玉米联合收割机在提升作业精度、减少故障率、降低能耗等方面具有显著优势,能够有效提高玉米收割的整体效率。
This article combines the actual application of corn combine harvester,puts forward the specific scheme of intelligent transformation,through the installation of sensors,integrated control system and data analysis module,realises the automatic regulation,fault self-diagnosis and remote monitoring function of the harvester,and evaluates the performance change of the harvester in terms of operation efficiency,fuel consumption and failure rate after intelligent transformation through experiment and simulation analysis.The results show that the intelligently modified corn combine harvester has significant advantages in improving operation precision,reducing failure rate and lowering energy consumption,and can effectively improve the overall efficiency of corn harvesting.
