油菜无人播种作业导航控制系统设计及试验

摘要 为提高油菜播种效率和质量,通过试验和现场应用,设计油菜无人播种作业导航控制系统,对其软硬件设计及硬件选型。经田间试验,该无人播种作业平均速度为1.45 m/s,横向偏差最大值为7.96 cm,平均绝对偏差为1.85 cm,具有很好的直线行驶精度,且试验田块的播种作业覆盖率高达93.16%;经示范应用,无人播种作业系统不仅作业质量好、效率高,且降低劳动成本,示范应用效果好,表明其在小田块油菜种植方面具有很好的价值。 To improve the efficiency and quality of rapeseed sowing.Design a navigation control system for unmanned rapeseed sowing operation through experiments and on-site applications,and evaluate its software and hardware design as well as hardware selection.Through field experiments,the average navigation speed is 1.46m/s,with a maximum lateral deviation of 7.94cm and an average absolute deviation of 1.85cm.It has good straight-line driving accuracy,and the seeding operation coverage rate of the test field block is as high as 93.16%;After demonstration application,the unmanned sowing operation system not only has good operation quality and high efficiency,but also reduces labor costs.The demonstration application effect is good,indicating its great value in small field rapeseed planting.
