摘要
新质生产力作为科技创新驱动的新型生产力形态,正通过数智化转型、生物科技赋能和产业链重构等路径重塑农业生产范式。研究阐明其技术密集、生态友好、产业协同的三重特性,揭示其在提升效率、优化结构和绿色转型中的核心作用。分析表明,尽管新质生产力在农业应用中已取得显著进展,但仍面临区域发展失衡、技术采纳成本高、人才短缺及政策配套不足等挑战。为此,提出了构建分层技术创新体系、强化跨界人才培养、完善技术推广网络和推进绿色转型等策略,以释放新质生产力潜能,推动农业现代化实现高质量发展。
As a new form of productive force driven by scientific and technological innovation,the new quality productive force is reshaping the agricultural production paradigm through digital and intelligent transformation,biotechnology empowerment,and industrial chain reconstruction.Research clarifies its threefold characteristics of being technology-intensive,eco-friendly,and industry-coordinated,revealing its core role in enhancing efficiency,optimizing structure,and promoting green transformation.Analysis shows that although significant progress has been made in the application of the new quality productive force in agriculture,it still faces challenges such as regional development imbalance,high technology adoption costs,talent shortages,and insufficient policy support.To address these issues,strategies such as building a hierarchical technological innovation system,strengthening cross-border talent cultivation,improving the technology promotion network,and advancing green transformation are proposed to unleash the potential of the new quality productive force and promote high-quality development in agricultural modernization.
