摘要
作为新质生产力代表,低空经济在农业领域显现出强大的战略性地位,特别是以无人机为智能农机的典型应用,低空经济发展加速变革传统农业生产效率,创新并延伸出多种场景功能。研究提炼农产品物流、农业植保、农业应急救援、农业文旅四类低空经济涉农应用场景与模式,并梳理农业领域低空经济发展阻碍因素,提出贯通顶层设计政策、完善基础设施建设、构建法律制度保障体系和强化科技人才培育的农业低空经济发展应用策略。农业低空经济高质量发展可促进农业农村现代化、智能化和数字化,助力乡村振兴。
As a representative of new-type productive forces,the low-altitude economy has demonstrated a strong strategic position in the agricultural sector.Especially with drones as a typical application of intelligent agricultural machinery,the development of the low-altitude economy is accelerating the transformation of traditional agricultural production efficiency,innovating and extending multiple scenario functions.This paper studies and refines four types of low-altitude economy agricultural application scenarios and models:agricultural product logistics,agricultural plant protection,agricultural emergency rescue,and agricultural cultural tourism.It also combs the development obstacles of the low-altitude economy in the agricultural sector and proposes development application strategies,including implementing top-level policy design,improving infrastructure construction,establishing a legal and regulatory guarantee system,and strengthening the cultivation of scientific and technological talent.The high-quality development of the agricultural low-altitude economy can promote the modernization,intelligence,and digitization of agriculture and rural areas,contributing to Rural Revitalization.
