摘要
探究早期康复护理对脊髓不完全性损伤患者肢体恢复的影响。选取2021年1月—2023年6月医院收治的80例脊髓不完全性损伤患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=40,常规护理)与研究组(n=40,常规护理+早期康复护理)。对两组患者的平衡能力(BBS评分)、日常生活活动能力(SCIM评分)、步行能力(WISCIⅡ评分)、下肢肌力评分、并发症发生情况以及生活质量进行评估。结果显示,干预后,两组患者的BBS、SCIM、WISCIⅡ各项指标评分均显著改善,研究组的改善幅度较对照组更大(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者的下肢肌力评分均显著提高,研究组的评分较对照组更高(P<0.05);研究组的并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,研究组的生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,对脊髓不完全性损伤患者进行早期康复护理能够显著提高其恢复效果,值得在临床中推广应用。
This study aims to explore the impact of early rehabilitation nursing on limb recovery in patients with incomplete spinal cord injury.A total of 80 patients with incomplete spinal cord injury admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as research subjects.They were divided into a control group(n=40,routine nursing)and a study group(n=40,routine nursing+early rehabilitation nursing)using a random number table method.The balance ability(BBS score),activities of daily living(SCIM score),walking ability(WISCIⅡscore),lower limb muscle strength score,incidence of complications,and quality of life of the two groups were evaluated.The results showed that after intervention,the scores of BBS,SCIM,and WISCIⅡin both groups were significantly improved,and the improvement amplitude of the study group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the lower limb muscle strength scores of both groups were significantly increased,and the score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the quality of life score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The study found that early rehabilitation nursing for patients with incomplete spinal cord injury can significantly improve their recovery effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
