摘要
研究分析对颈椎病患者应用加速康复外科护理的临床效果。将2024年2月—2025年2月西安交通大学第一附属医院收治的84例颈椎病患者按照双盲法分为参照组和试验组,每组各42例。参照组实施常规护理,试验组在常规护理的基础上实施加速康复外科护理,比较两组患者的相关指标。结果显示,试验组NDI评分及VAS评分均低于参照组,颈椎JOA评分高于参照组(P<0.05);试验组SAS与SDS评分均低于参照组(P<0.05);试验组SF-36量表评分高于参照组(P<0.05);试验组对护理的满意度高于参照组(P<0.05);试验组术后并发症发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,将加速康复外科护理应用于颈椎病患者能有效改善其颈椎功能,减轻患者的疼痛程度,预防并发症,可调节患者的心理情绪,提高患者的生活质量和护理满意度。
This study analyzes the clinical effect of applying enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)nursing to patients with cervical spondylosis.A total of 84 patients with cervical spondylosis admitted to The First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University from February 2024 to February 2025 were divided into a reference group and an experimental group according to the double-blind method,with 42 cases in each group.The reference group received conventional nursing,while the experimental group received ERAS nursing on the basis of conventional nursing.The relevant indicators of the two groups were compared.The results showed that the NDI score and VAS score of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group,and the cervical JOA score was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05);the SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05);the SF-36 scale score of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The study found that applying ERAS nursing to patients with cervical spondylosis can effectively improve their cervical function,reduce pain,prevent complications,regulate patients’psychological mood,and improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
