摘要
探究腹腔镜下腹股沟疝修补术治疗老年腹股沟疝的应用价值。选择贵州医科大学附属白云医院2024年1—12月收治的拟行手术治疗的90例老年腹股沟疝患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为腔镜组和传统组,每组各45例。传统组予以开放式手术,腔镜组予以腹腔镜下腹股沟疝修补术。对比两组患者的疗效、围手术期情况和疼痛程度等指标。结果显示,与传统组相比,腔镜组治疗总有效率更高(P<0.05);腔镜组术中出血量更少,手术时间、疼痛持续时间及住院时间更短(P<0.05);术后1天、2天及3天,腔镜组视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分更低(P<0.05);术后1天,腔镜组白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(tumour necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)水平更低(P<0.05);腔镜组并发症发生率更低(P<0.05);术后3个月,腔镜组生活质量评分更高(P<0.05)。研究发现,腹腔镜下腹股沟疝修补术治疗老年腹股沟疝患者的效果显著。
This study aims to explore the application value of laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair in the treatment of elderly patients with inguinal hernia.A total of 90 elderly patients with inguinal hernia who were scheduled for surgical treatment in The Affiliated Baiyun Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from January to December 2024 were selected as research subjects.They were divided into the laparoscopic group and the traditional group using the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The traditional group underwent open surgery,while the laparoscopic group received laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair.The therapeutic efficacy,perioperative conditions,pain level and other indicators were compared between the two groups.The results showed that compared with the traditional group,the laparoscopic group had a higher total effective rate(P<0.05);the laparoscopic group had less intraoperative blood loss,shorter operation time,pain duration and hospital stay(P<0.05);on the 1st,2nd and 3rd days after surgery,the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the laparoscopic group were lower(P<0.05);on the 1st day after surgery,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumour necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the laparoscopic group were lower(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the laparoscopic group was lower(P<0.05);3 months after surgery,the quality of life score in the laparoscopic group was higher(P<0.05).The study concluded that laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair has a significant effect in the treatment of elderly patients with inguinal hernia.
