纤维支气管镜吸痰+抗感染治疗重症肺炎患者的疗效观察

Observation on the Efficacy of Fiberoptic Bronchoscope Sputum Suction+Anti-Infective Therapy in Patients with Severe Pneumonia

摘要 研究重症肺炎患者采取纤维支气管镜吸痰联合抗感染治疗的疗效。收集铜仁市松桃苗族自治县人民医院2022年10月—2024年10月收治的90例重症肺炎患者资料,以双盲法将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各45例。对照组予以常规抗感染治疗,观察组采取抗感染联合纤维支气管镜吸痰治疗。观察两组患者的相关指标。结果显示,治疗2周后,观察组的PaCO_(2)低于对照组,PaO_(2)、OI和SaO_(2)均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的炎症指标水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的临床症状体征缓解时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的痰菌转阴率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应发生情况比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。研究发现,对重症肺炎患者行抗感染联合纤维支气管镜吸痰治疗,可有效改善患者的血气分析指标,减轻机体炎症反应,缩短其临床症状改善时间。 This study aims to investigate the efficacy of fiberoptic bronchoscope sputum suction combined with anti-infective therapy in patients with severe pneumonia.Data of 90 patients with severe pneumonia admitted to The People’s Hospital of Songtao Miao Autonomous County from October 2022 to October 2024 were collected.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a double-blind method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional anti-infective therapy,while the observation group received anti-infective therapy combined with fiberoptic bronchoscope sputum suction.The relveant of the two groups were observed.The results showed that after 2 weeks of treatment,the PaCO_(2) in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,while PaO_(2),OI,and SaO_(2) were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of inflammatory indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the relief time of clinical symptoms and signs in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);the sputum bacteria negative conversion rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The study found that anti-infective therapy combined with fiberoptic bronchoscope sputum suction in patients with severe pneumonia can effectively improve blood gas analysis indicators,reduce the body’s inflammatory response,shorten the improvement time of clinical symptoms.
