摘要
利用Meta分析观察308 nm准分子激光联合卡泊三醇治疗银屑病的临床有效性和安全性。检索the Cochrane Library、Pubmed数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、CNKI数据库、维普数据库、万方数据库,纳入308 nm准分子激光联合卡泊三醇治疗银屑病的随机对照试验,并进行方法学质量评价,采用RevMan 5.4软件进行统计分析。结果显示,本研究共纳入11篇RCT文献,累计病例860例。Meta分析结果显示,308 nm准分子激光联合卡泊三醇治疗银屑病总有效率(RR=1.25,95%CI:1.18~1.33)、痊愈率(RR=1.67,95%CI:1.24~2.24)、不良反应发生率(RR=0.49,95%CI:0.33~0.71)均显著优于单纯使用卡泊三醇治疗,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,308 nm准分子激光联合卡泊三醇治疗银屑病在总有效率、痊愈率、不良反应发生率等方面均表现出明显优势,优于单纯使用卡泊三醇治疗。
This study aimed to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of 308 nm excimer laser combined with calcipotriol in the treatment of psoriasis using Meta-analysis.The Cochrane Library,Pubmed,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,CNKI,VIP,and Wanfang databases were searched to include randomized controlled trials(RCTs)on 308 nm excimer laser combined with calcipotriol for psoriasis.Methodological quality assessment was performed,and statistical analysis was conducted using RevMan 5.4 software.A total of 11 RCT literatures were included,involving 860 cases.Meta-analysis results showed that the total effective rate(RR=1.25,95%CI:1.18~1.33),cure rate(RR=1.67,95%CI:1.24~2.24),and adverse reaction rate(RR=0.49,95%CI:0.33~0.71)of 308 nm excimer laser combined with calcipotriol in the treatment of psoriasis were significantly better than those of calcipotriol alone,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The study found that 308 nm excimer laser combined with calcipotriol has obvious advantages in total effective rate,cure rate,and adverse reaction rate in the treatment of psoriasis,which is superior to calcipotriol alone.
