3D打印技术联合BOPPPS模式在血管外科临床教学中的应用研究

摘要 探讨3D打印联合BOPPPS模式在血管外科临床教学中的应用价值。选取于血管外科见习的31名临床医学专业学生为研究对象,随机将其分为传统教学组(n=16)和3D打印联合BOPPPS教学组(n=15),比较两组学生的课后测试成绩及教学效果。结果显示,与传统教学组相比,3D打印联合BOPPPS教学组在“主动脉夹层分型”“真假腔判断”“内脏分支关注点”和“手术方案设计”等方面的测试成绩以及帮助理解主动脉夹层及其解剖学特征、增强学习兴趣等方面的教学效果评价结果均更优(P<0.05)。研究发现,将3D打印联合BOPPPS教学模式应用于血管外科临床教学中,可提高学生的课后测试成绩和教学效果,值得在临床推广。 This paper explores the application value of 3D printing combined with the BOPPPS model in clinical teaching of vascular surgery.A total of 31 clinical medicine students interning in vascular surgery were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into the traditional teaching group(n=16)and the 3D printing combined with BOPPPS teaching group(n=15).The post-class test scores and teaching effects of the two groups were compared.The results showed that compared with the traditional teaching group,the 3D printing combined with BOPPPS teaching group achieved better performance in post-class tests on aspects such as“aortic dissection classification”,“true/false lumen judgment”,“focus points of visceral branches”,and“surgical plan design”;it also received better evaluations in teaching effects,such as helping understand aortic dissection and its anatomical characteristics and enhancing learning interest(P<0.05).The study found that applying the 3D printing combined with BOPPPS teaching model in clinical teaching of vascular surgery can improve students’post-class test scores and teaching effects,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
