摘要
探讨糖尿病足软组织缺损患者应用抗生素骨水泥的效果。将2021年1月—2024年12月伊犁哈萨克自治州新华医院收治的70例糖尿病足软组织缺损患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例,对照组实施传统治疗,观察组实施抗生素骨水泥治疗,比较两组患者的创面愈合指标、感染控制率及抗生素静脉输液率、疼痛及生活质量。结果显示,观察组创面愈合时间、住院时间短于对照组,住院费用少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组抗生素静脉输液率低于对照组,感染控制率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的VAS评分低于对照组、SF-36评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,抗生素骨水泥在糖尿病足软组织缺损治疗中具有显著优势,能有效促进创面愈合,控制感染,减少抗生素使用,缓解疼痛,可提高患者的生活质量。
This study aims to explore the impact of applying antibiotic-loaded bone cement to patients with diabetic foot soft tissue defects.A total of 70 patients with diabetic foot soft tissue defects admitted to Xinhua Hospital of Ili Kazak Autonomous Prefecture from January 2021 to December 2024 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received traditional treatment,while the observation group was treated with antibiotic-loaded bone cement.The wound healing indicators,infection control rate,intravenous antibiotic infusion rate,pain,and quality of life of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the wound healing time and hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the hospitalization cost was less than that of the control group(P<0.05);the intravenous antibiotic infusion rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the infection control rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the SF-36 score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The study found that antibiotic-loaded bone cement has significant advantages in the treatment of diabetic foot soft tissue defects.It can effectively promote wound healing,control infection,reduce the use of antibiotics,relieve pain,and improve the quality of life of patients.
