基于STM32的模拟机场自动防除冰系统设计

摘要 为解决传统机场跑道除冰方式除冰周期长、效率低、需要反复进行等缺点,文章设计了一种基于STM32的模拟机场跑道自动防除冰系统,通过传感器探测当前环境温度和冰雪情况,利用模糊自适应PID自动控制加热丝进行除冰工作。系统采用上位机与下位机协同架构:下位机分区域部署,完成数据采集与加热控制;上位机实时显示状态数据,支持手动/自动模式切换。测试结果表明,模拟机场跑道自动防除冰系统能够实现自动/手动防除冰功能,能够利用上位机进行监控;通过对照测试,使用该模拟机场跑道自动防除冰系统相比不使用该系统路面冰块融化效率提高了50%以上。 Automatic anti-icing control system for simulated airport runways based on STM32 is designed in this paper so as to solve the problems of traditional airport runway anti-icing methods,such as long time,low efficiency and need to be repeated.The system detects the current environmental conditions by sensors,and controls the heating wire automatically to achieve thermal anti-icing by using fuzzy adaptive PID.The system uses an upper computer and lower computer,the lower computer is deployed in different regions to finish data collection and heating control;the upper computer shows the status and data in real-time and supports switching between manual and automatic modes.The experiment results show that the automatic/manual thermal anti-icing functions worked properly,and can be monitored and controlled by upper computer.The ice melting efficiency increased by over 50%by using the automatic thermal anti-icing simulated control system compared to not using the system.
