摘要
高校资助育人作为一种重要的教育实践模式,其发展质量大程度上依赖于具体的实践路径。试针对教育理念与资助育人工作之间的契合点,结合高校已有主要做法与成效、面临问题与挑战,分析了高校资助育人工作对“三全育人”理念的践行现状;在此基础上选取了较为典型的A、B两所高校,讨论其资助育人工作的实践做法与经验,说明学校资助工作的精准性和人性化程度;进而根据资助育人项目投入资金统计结果,分析学校对资助育人工作的重视程度;并从资助评定体系、育人导向以及资金筹措机制三个方面,提出了高校资助育人工作高质量发展路径与应对策略,旨在提高高校对学生的多角度教育引导效果,从而促进育人工作顺利进行。
As an important educational practice mode,the development quality of university sponsored education largely depends on specific practical paths.This article focuses on the intersection between education philosophy and the work of supporting and educating students,and analyzes the current situation of the implementation of the"three-dimensional education"education concept in the work of supporting and educating students in universities,taking into account the main practices and achievements of universities,as well as the problems and challenges they face.On this basis,this paper selects two typical universities,A and B,to discuss their practical practices and experiences in funding and educating students,demonstrating the precision and humanization of their funding work.And base on the statistical results of the investment funds for the sponsored education project,this paper analyzes the degree of importance that the school attaches to the sponsored education work.This paper proposes a high-quality development path and corresponding strategies for university funding and education function from three aspects:funding evaluation system,education orientation,and funding mechanism,aiming to improve the multi-dimensional educational guidance effect of universities on students and promote the smooth progress of education.
