摘要
目的 考察基于自我调节护理的精细化延续护理在脑出血术后患者中的应用价值。方法 选取2021年1月至2023年9月在徐州医科大学附属医院行手术治疗的88例高血压脑出血患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为2组,各44例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予基于自我调节护理的精细化延续护理,比较2组的干预效果。结果 术后1个月和3个月,观察组的各项健康行为评分、Fugl-Meyer运动量表和Barthel指数评分均高于同期对照组,舒张压及收缩压均低于同期对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组的术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于自我调节护理的精细化延续护理可改善脑出血术后患者的健康行为、血压水平、运动能力和日常生活能力,降低并发症发生率。
Objective To examine the application value of refined and continuous nursing based on self-regulation nursing in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage after operation.Methods A total of 88 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage who underwent surgical treatment at the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from January 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the subjects of study.The patients were randomly divided into two groups using a random number method,with 44 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received refined and continuous nursing based on self-regulation nursing.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results At 1 and 3 months after surgery,the observation group showed higher health behavior scores,Fugl-Meyer Assessment scores,and Barthel Index scores compared with the control group at the same time,and lower diastolic and systolic blood pressure compared with the control group at the same time(P<0.05).The overall incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The refined and continuous nursing based on self-regulation nursing can improve the health behavior,blood pressure level,exercise capacity,and daily living ability of patients with intracerebral hemorrhage after operation,and reduce the incidence of complications.
