摘要
目的 探讨两步法在拔除植入式输液港无损伤针中的应用价值。方法 选取2022年2月至2024年2月于徐州医科大学附属医院肿瘤内科应用输液港行化学治疗(简称“化疗”)的150例肿瘤患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组75例,对照组采用常规拔针方法,观察组采用两步法拔针。比较2组的拔针情况及满意率。结果 观察组拔针期间的重度疼痛发生率、护士职业暴露发生率及拔针出血发生率均低于对照组,一次拔针成功率和总满意率均高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论 将两步法应用于拔除植入式输液港无损伤针过程中,可有效缓解肿瘤患者的疼痛感,降低护士职业暴露发生率和拔针出血发生率,提高一次性拔除成功率和患者满意度。
Objective To explore the application value of two-step method in removing injury-free needle from implantable infusion port.Methods A total of 150 cancer patients who received chemotherapy via infusion port in the Oncology Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from February 2022 to February 2024 were selected.They were randomly divided into a control group and a observation group,with 75 patients in each group.The control group adopted the conventional needle removal method,while the observation group adopted the two-step needle removal method.The needle removal situation and satisfaction rate were compared between two groups.Results The incidence of severe pain,the incidence of occupational exposure of nurses and the incidence of bleeding during needle removal in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the success rate and total satisfaction rate of one-time needle removal in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the two-step method to the process of removing injury-free needles from implantable infusion port can effectively alleviate the pain of cancer patients,reduce the incidence of nursesoccupational exposure and the incidence of bleeding during needle removal,and improve the success rate of one-time removal and patient satisfaction.
