摘要
目的 探讨基于助推策略饮食管理及运动干预对糖尿病肾病行维持性血液透析患者血糖控制及躯体症状的影响。方法 选取2023年11月至2024年10月盐城市第一人民医院收治的69例糖尿病肾病行维持性血液透析患者,按简单随机抽样法分为对照组(34例)和观察组(35例)。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受基于助推策略饮食管理及运动干预,统计2组的血糖控制、躯体症状、营养状况和不良反应。结果 护理3个月后,观察组的血糖水平低于对照组,躯体症状评分低于对照组,营养状况均优于对照组(P均<0.05);2组上述指标均较护理前更优(P均<0.05)。护理3个月后,观察组的6分钟步行距离长于对照组,1 min起坐次数多于对照组,起坐10次的耗时短于对照组(P均<0.05);2组的上述情况均较护理前改善(P均<0.05)。结论 基于助推策略的饮食管理与运动干预能够显著改善糖尿病肾病行维持性血液透析患者的血糖控制及躯体症状,且可提高机体营养状况及运动能力。
Objective To explore the effect of diet management and exercise intervention based on nudge strategy on blood glucose control and physical symptoms in patients with diabetic nephropathy undergoing maintenance hemodialysis.Methods A total of 69 patients with diabetic nephropathy undergoing maintenance hemodialysis admitted to Yancheng NO.1 People's Hospital from November 2023 to October 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(34 cases)and an observation group(35 cases)by the simple random method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received diet management and exercise intervention based on nudge strategy.The blood glucose control,physical symptoms,nutritional status and adverse reactions of the two groups were recorded.Results After 3 months of nursing,compared with the control group,the observation group had lower blood glucose levels,lower physical symptom scores,and better nutritional status(P<0.05).The above indicators in both groups were better than those before nursing(P<0.05).After 3 months of nursing,compared with the control group,the observation group had a longer 6-minute walking distance,a higher number of sit ups in 1 minute,and a shorter sitting up time of 10 times(P<0.05).The above conditions in both groups were improved compared to before nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion Diet management and exercise intervention based on nudge strategy can significantly improve the blood glucose control and physical symptoms of patients with diabetic nephropathy undergoing maintenance hemodialysis,and can improve the bodys nutritional status and exercise capacity.
