摘要
目的 分析中西医结合护理策略应用于双相情感障碍患者的临床效果。方法 纳入聊城市第四人民医院2021年1月至2023年12月收治的116例双相情感障碍患者,使用简单随机抽样法分别纳入观察组(58例)和对照组(58例),2组均接受常规护理,观察组加用中西医结合护理。对比2组在干预前和干预3个月后的恢复情况。结果 经过持续3个月的干预,观察组的躁狂量表评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分均较对照组更低,简易智能量表评分、自我管理认知、行为、环境评分,以及健康变化、社会功能、情感职能、躯体功能评分均较对照组更高(P均<0.05);此外,与干预前相比,2组评分均升高(P均<0.05)。结论 中西医结合护理策略能够帮助双相情感障碍患者改善躁狂、抑郁症状以及认知功能,且对于患者自我管理能力和生活质量的提升有益。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing strategy in patients with bipolar disorder.Methods A total of 116 patients with bipolar disorder admitted to the Fourth People's Hospital of Liaocheng City from January,2021 to December,2023 were randomly divided into the observation group(58 cases)and the control group(58 cases)using the simple random sampling method.Both groups received routine care,while the observation group received integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing.The recovery of the two groups before the intervention and after 3 months of intervention was compared.Results After 3 months of intervention,the scores of the Bech-Rafaelsen Mania Rating Scale and the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The scores of the Mini-Mental State Examination,self-management cognition,behavior,and environment,as well as the scores of health change,social function,emotional function,and somatic function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).In addition,the scores in both groups were increased compared with those before the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing strategy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can help patients with bipolar disorder improve manic and depressive symptoms and cognitive function,and is beneficial to the improvement of patientsself-management ability and quality of life.
