摘要
目的 分析规范化疼痛管理联合艾灸和耳穴压豆在行全膝关节置换术(TKA)患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年2月至2024年2月在广东省第二中医院行TKA治疗的116例患者进行研究,按抽签法将其分为2组,每组58例。对照组给予常规护理方案,观察组在规范化疼痛管理的基础上联合应用艾灸和耳穴压豆,比较2组的干预效果。结果 观察组的术后住院时间短于对照组,膝关节屈曲≥90°时间和首次下地时间均早于对照组,术后总护理满意率高于对照组(P均<0.05)。术后3 d和7 d,观察组的视觉模拟评分法评分均低于同期对照组,膝关节功能量表评分均高于同期对照组,髌上和髌下10 cm周径均小于同期对照组(P均<0.05)。结论 规范化疼痛管理结合艾灸、耳穴压豆中医护理策略能够缩短TKA术后患者的康复时间,减轻其疼痛感和肢体肿胀,提升其膝关节功能和护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the application effect of standardized pain management combined with moxibustion and auricular acupoint pressing beans in patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty(TKA).Methods A total of 116 patients who underwent TKA treatment at Guangdong Second Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from February 2022 to February 2024 were selected for the study.They were divided into two groups using a drawing method,with 58 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received a combination of moxibustion and auricular acupoint pressing beans on the basis of standardized pain management.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The postoperative hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the time for knee flexion≥90°and the time to first postoperative activity were earlier than those of the control group.The total satisfaction rate of postoperative nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).On postoperative days 3 and 7,the scores of Visual Analogue Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at the same time,and the scores of Hospital For Special Surgery in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at the same time.In addition,the 10 cm circumference above and below the patella was smaller in observation group compared with the control group at the same time(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of standardized pain management combined with the traditional Chinese medicine nursing strategies such as moxibustion and auricular acupoint pressing beans can shorten the recovery time of TKA patients,reduce their pain and limb swelling,and improve their knee joint function and nursing satisfaction.
