摘要
目的 给予颌骨囊肿患者以病情特点为基础的个性化护理和健康教育后,探讨对其术后康复的影响。方法 选择南通市口腔医院于2023年9月至2024年4月收治的88例颌骨囊肿患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(常规护理结合健康教育)和观察组(以患者病情特点为基础的个性化护理结合健康教育),各44例。比较2组患者的临床疗效、生活质量、自我护理能力以及并发症发生率。结果 观察组患者的术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。相较于术前,2组患者在术后1个月的囊肿直径均缩短、骨密度均增大、健康调查简表36(SF-36)和自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)各项评分均升高,且观察组患者的囊肿直径短于对照组,骨密度大于对照组,SF-36和ESCA各项评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 颌骨囊肿患者在行刮治术时接受以病情特点为基础的个性化护理结合健康教育干预,能够更好地改善临床疗效、降低并发症发生率,提高生活质量和自我护理能力。
Objective To explore the impact of individualized nursing and health education based on the characteristics of the disease on the postoperative rehabilitation of patients with jaw cysts.Methods A total of 88 patients with jaw cysts admitted to Nantong Stomatological Hospital from September 2023 to April 2024 were selected as the study subjects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing combined with health education,and the observation group was given individualized nursing combined with health education based on the characteristics of the patient's disease.The clinical efficacy,quality of life,self-care ability and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before surgery,the cyst diameter of both groups was shortened,bone mineral density was increased,and the scores of Short Form-36 Health Survey(SF-36)and Exercise of Self-Care Agency(ESCA)were increased one month after surgery.The cyst diameter of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the bone mineral density of the observation group was greater than that of the control group,and the scores of SF-36 and ESCA of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized nursing based on the characteristics of the disease combined with health education intervention for patients with jaw cysts during curettage can better improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the quality of life and enhance the self-care ability of patients.
