摘要
研究市政道路软弱路基的水泥搅拌桩施工工艺,以解决软弱路基承载力不足、沉降量大等关键问题。通过采用水泥搅拌桩加固技术,结合具体的工程案例与工艺流程,对软弱路基进行加固处理。结果显示,经过水泥搅拌桩加固的路基,其承载能力显著提高,沉降量得到有效控制。针对市政道路软弱路基提出的水泥搅拌桩施工工艺优化方案,为同类工程提供了可借鉴的技术参考。
This paper studied the construction technology of cement mixing piles for a weak subgrade of municipal roads,and solved the key problems such as insufficient bearing capacity and large settlement of weak subgrade.The weak roadbed was strengthened by using cement mixing pile strengthening technology,combined with specific engineering cases and process flow.The results show that the bearing capacity of the roadbed strengthened by the cement mixing pile is significantly increased,and the settlement is effectively controlled.The construction technology optimisation scheme of cement mixing pile proposed for the weak subgrade of municipal road,provides a technical reference for similar projects.
