非洲近海地区既有建筑结构损伤及检测技术研究

摘要 针对我国“走出去”企业承接的非洲近海地区结构检测鉴定项目日益增多的情况,以安哥拉某近海小区为例,控制了建筑结构检测鉴定的全过程研究,并对非洲近海地区混凝土构件破坏原因进行了综合分析。结果表明:高盐雾环境对主钢筋、混凝土腐蚀及多因素的耦合作用,使得近海地区混凝土构件破坏更加严重;对于非洲地区而言,需要更加注重混凝土构件的成品保护,并应充分考虑中外规范差异的影响;对于中外规范差异较大且国外规范尚未考虑到的结构安全因素,建议在加固措施中予以考虑。研究结果为非洲地区同类项目提供经验及借鉴。 With the growing involvement of Chinese enterprises in overseas projects under the"Going Global"initiative,structural inspection and evaluation in offshore areas of Africa have become increasingly significant.This paper presented a case study of an offshore residential community in Angola,detailing the comprehensive structural inspection and assessment process.Furthermore,it conducts an in-depth analysis of the factors contributing to the deterioration of concrete components in Africa's offshore regions.The results show that the high-salt spray environment significantly accelerates the corrosion of reinforcement bars and concrete.At the same time,the synergistic effects of multiple factors exacerbate the damage to concrete structures.For projects in Africa,it is essential to enhance the protection of concrete components during construction and to address the discrepancies between Chinese and international standards carefully.Specifically,structural safety factors that are critical to Chinese standards should be incorporated into reinforcement strategies.This study offers practical insights and provides a valuable reference for similar projects in Africa.
