摘要
在砂性土较重区域,需建立保证基坑围护施工质量的各项措施。通过一个代表性项目,介绍了双轴水泥土搅拌桩和型钢水泥土复合搅拌桩墙(SMW)工法桩质量控制措施。同时,在超大面积基坑开挖、地下室结构施工中,利用跳仓法施工技术,合理划分出土流程及筏板浇筑顺序,保证了基坑的稳定性和建设工期要求。通过以上关键技术的介绍,为未来类似基坑施工项目提供重要参考。
In areas with a high proportion of sandy soil,it is essential to ensure the quality of excavation support construction.This paper introduced quality control measures for double-axis soil-cement mixing piles and SMW(soil mixing wall)method piles through a representative project.Additionally,during the excavation and basement structure construction of the ultra-large area excavation,the application of the leapfrog construction technique was explored.This technique included rational planning of the earthwork removal process and the sequence of raft slab pouring,ensuring the stability of the excavation and meeting the construction schedule requirements.This paper provides essential references for similar excavation construction projects in the future by introducing these key technologies.
