摘要
随着现代建筑技术的不断发展,幕墙作为建筑外围护结构的重要组成部分,随着其使用年限的不断增长,其使用维护的质量和安全直接关系到建筑物的整体性能和寿命。通过探讨既有幕墙检查的信息化应用,并基于现有技术和方法,提出利用数字化和智能化手段提升既有幕墙安全检查效率和准确性的方案。具体方法包括建筑信息模型(BIM)技术的应用、幕墙板块一码一档及物联网技术的集成等,旨在构建一个高效、全面、安全的幕墙检查维护与管理体系。
With the continuous development of modern construction technology,curtain walls,as crucial components of the building envelope structure,directly impact the overall performance and lifespan of buildings as their service life increases.Therefore,the quality and safety of their maintenance are vital.This paper explored the application of information technology in inspecting existing curtain walls,proposing a scheme to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of safety inspections through digital and intelligent methods based on existing technologies and approaches.Specific techniques include applying building information modeling(BIM)technology,implementing a unique identification code for each curtain wall panel,and integrating internet of things(IoT)technology.This study aims to build an efficient,comprehensive,safe inspection,maintenance,and management system for curtain walls.
