摘要
以眉山市环天府新区快速通道项目为工程背景,结合当地混凝土原材料性能和工程地处水文地质特点,通过对比试验,研究了普通硅酸盐水泥和抗硫酸盐水泥配制的耐久性混凝土性能,深入对比分析了两者的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能。结果表明,由抗硫酸盐水泥配制的混凝土具有更强的抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力、更好的强度保持性和耐久性,将其成功应用于本重点工程,使工程涉及的几座大桥均能满足100年设计使用年限的要求。
Taking the fast-track project in Huan Tianfu New District of Meishan City as a case study,combined with the properties of local concrete raw materials and the hydrogeological characteristics of the project location,the durability of concrete properties of ordinary Portland cement and sulphate-resistant cement was studied.Through comparative tests,the sulphate resistance of the two concrete was further compared and analysed.The research results show that the concrete prepared with sulphate-resistant cement has better resistance to sulphate attack,strength retention and durability.The successful application of the concrete in this case study indicates that several similar bridges projects can comply with the requirements of 100-year service life.
