摘要
厂拌热再生技术是一种环保且高效的沥青路面再生技术。该技术通过回收、破碎和筛分废旧沥青混合料(RAP),并与新骨料、沥青和再生剂按比例重新混合,从而节约沥青、砂石等原材料,降低工程成本,减少建筑垃圾排放,缓解环境压力,实现经济效益和环境效益。然而,随着回收料掺量的增加,高掺量再生沥青混合料在路面应用时的性能面临挑战(如高温稳定性、低温抗裂性和水稳定性等)。制备了高掺量回收料的厂拌热再生改性沥青混合料,通过试验和理论分析系统研究了其路用性能,并探讨了再生剂种类和用量、新沥青性能、回收料掺量等因素对混合料性能的影响规律,旨在为推广应用高掺量回收料的厂拌热再生沥青提供理论和技术支持。
As a green recycling technology for asphalt pavement,plant-mixed hot recycled asphalt mixture(RAP)is recycled,crushed screened and then re-mixed with new aggregates,asphalt and recycling agent in a particular proportion,which can effectively save raw materials such as asphalt,sand and gravel,reduce the project cost,reduce the emission of construction waste,and relieve the environmental pressure,and has remarkable economic and social ecological benefits.However,with increasing RAP content,the road performance of recycled asphalt mixtures,such as high-temperature stability,low-temperature crack resistance and water stability,is facing severe challenges.Aiming at the modified asphalt mixture with a high content of recycled materials,the road performance was systematically studied to provide a theoretical basis and technical support for the popularization and application of high-RAP hot-mixed recycled asphalt mixture through indoor tests and theoretical analysis.
