摘要
钢轨顶面损伤往往采用漏磁技术进行检测,本文设计了一种钢轨轨头顶表面漏磁检测信号识别方法,用来对漏磁传感器阵列的检测信号进行处理。首先根据各个传感器通道峰峰值的总和识别出接头信号;然后通过零相位滤波器,根据滤波后信号的峰峰值和峭度值识别出干扰信号;最后根据滤波前后信号峰峰值的比值识别出损伤信号、焊缝信号与干扰信号。实验结果表明,该算法能有效识别出损伤、干扰、接头和焊缝,准确率高。
Magnetic flux leakage(MFL)detection technology is often used to detect the top surface damage of rail.A method of MFL detection signal identification on the top surface of rail is designed to process the detection signal of magnetic leakage sensor array.The joint signal is first identified according to the sum of the peak and peak values of each sensor channel,and then the interference signal is identified by zero-phase filter according to the peak and kurtosis values of the filtered signal.Finally,the damage signal,weld signal and interference signal are identified according to the ratio of peak value before and after filtering.Experimental results show that the algorithm can effectively identify damage,interference,joints and welds with high accuracy.
