摘要
针对某项目驱动机构中位移传感器的异常信号问题,通过系统化的故障定位、机理分析与工艺改进,解决了因导线破损导致的传感器信号失效问题。结合变磁阻式电感传感器工作原理,深入剖析了导线绝缘失效与谐波干扰耦合作用下的信号异常机制。通过优化波纹管穿线工艺及软件并验证其有效性,显著提升了传感器可靠性。研究结果为同类设备的故障诊断与工艺改进提供了重要参考,具有显著的工程应用价值。
This article addresses the issue of abnormal signals from position sensors in the passive rod drive mechanism of the project.Through systematic fault localization,mechanism analysis,and process improvement,the problem of sensor signal failure caused by wire breakage was resolved.By combining the working principle of variable reluctance inductive sensors,the signal abnormality mechanism under the coupling effect of wire insulation failure and harmonic interference was deeply analyzed.By optimizing the bellows threading process and verifying its effectiveness,the reliability of the sensor was significantly improved.The research results provide an important reference for fault diagnosis and process improvement of similar equipment and software,and have significant engineering application value.
