摘要
阐述了电站电气设备中的SF_(6)气体密度下降的危害性以及数据长期、可靠、安全传输的通信要求,并综合分析了SF_(6)气体密度继电器的电池续航能力、无线远传通信现状以及接点校验需求。为了满足通信安全性和校验免维护的需求,提出并研制了低功耗无线WAPI远传的自校验SF_(6)密度继电器。该密度继电器按低功耗休眠方式设计,实现周期唤醒并远传业务报文,能满足6 a的续航要求。在无线局域网鉴别和保密基础结构(WAPI)证书通信模式下,数据安全可靠,可实时了解SF_(6)气室密度值和接点的变化情况。
This article expounds on the hazards of the decline in the density of SF_(6) gas in power station electrical equipment,as well as the requirements for long-term,reliable,and secure communication transmission of data.It comprehensively analyzes the battery endurance of SF_(6) gas density meters,the current situation of wireless remote transmission communication,and the need for contact verification.In order to improve communication security and meet the requirement of maintenance-free verification,a self-verifying SF_(6) density meter with low-power wireless WAPI remote transmission has been proposed and developed.This density meter is designed in a low-power sleep mode,achieving periodic wake-up and remote transmission of service messages,and can meet the endurance requirement of 6 years.Under the WAPI certificate communication mode,the data is secure and reliable,enabling realtime understanding of the density value of the SF_(6) gas chamber and the changes in the contacts.
