摘要
吉林省人口老龄化问题日益凸显,老年人对养老服务的需求也随之增长。在此背景下,探究吉林省养老服务业供给现状及影响老年人养老服务需求的因素,有助于提升吉林省养老服务供给质量。基于相关统计数据与调查问卷数据,研究发现吉林省养老服务业虽已形成一定规模,但仍存在供需不匹配、医护型养老服务机构短缺、养老服务人员数量不足以及居家养老服务发展相对滞后等问题。同时,吉林省老年人对城区养老服务的需求受经济能力和健康状况的影响较为显著,对综合型高质量养老服务机构的需求较高。据此,建议通过政府统筹规划养老机构建设、创新养老服务模式、强化社区养老服务支撑作用以及加强养老服务队伍建设的措施,提高吉林省养老服务业供给能力,更好满足老年人养老服务需求。
The aging population in Jilin Province is becoming increasingly prominent,leading to a grow-ing demand for elderly care services.In this context,investigating the current state of the elderly care ser-vice industry in Jilin and the factors influencing the elderly's demand for such services can help improve the quality of elderly care services in the province.Based on relevant statistical data and survey question-naire results,the study finds that while the elderly care service industry in Jilin Province has reached a cer-tain scale,it still faces issues such as supply-demand mismatches,a shortage of medical and nursing care institutions,insufficient numbers of elderly care personnel,and relatively lagging development of home-based elderly care services.Additionally,the elderly in Jilin Province have a significant demand for urban elderly care services,influenced by their economic capabilities and health conditions,with a higher de-mand for comprehensive and high-quality elderly care institutions.Therefore,it is recommended to en-hance the supply capacity of the elderly care service industry in Jilin Province through measures such as government-led planning of elderly care institution construction,innovation in elderly care service models,strengthening the support role of community elderly care services,and enhancing the team building of el-derly care services,to better meet the needs of the elderly.
