摘要
本文基于合作生产理论结合互联辟谣平台实践,采用多样本数据模糊集定性比较分析方法,对搜集的数据进行清洗校准并构建基础数据库,分析网络谣言治理效果的必要影响因素及内在影响因素间的组态路径。经过多样本案例测算,最终得到必要条件联动发布和影响因素组态路径七条,结合实践归为五类组态。研究发现,合作生产模式在推动平台自身影响力的同时也吸纳社会力量不断加入,同时,如果自身运作情况不佳,合作生产主体也会流失。另外,由专业编辑采集关注度较高的谣言线索、由关联性较强的辟谣方回应、通过联动发布等多种因素相结合下的辟谣案例,尽管辟谣不及时,但是网络谣言治理仍然可以达到较好的效果。
This article is based on the theory of Cooperative Production combined with the practice of the Internet Rumor Refutation Platform.This article uses the Fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis to analyze the necessary influencing factors of the effectiveness of online rumor governance and the configuration path between internal influencing factors.After calculating multiple sample cases,seven paths for necessary condition linkage release and influencing factor configuration were finally obtained,which were classified into five categories based on practice.Research has found that the Cooperative Production model not only promotes the platform's own influence,but also attracts social forces to join continuously.Similarly,if its own operation is not good,the cooperative production subject will also be lost.In addition,through a combination of factors such as professional editors collecting highly focused rumor clues,targeted debunking parties responding,and collaborative publishing,debunking cases can still achieve good results in online rumor management,even if the debunking is not timely.
