摘要
城市老旧小区的治理,关系到居民美好生活向往的实现,关系到基层治理现代化的实现,关系到中国式现代化的实现。在当前的老旧小区治理中,依然存在诸多困境,诸如基础设施落后,居住环境不理想;居民结构复杂,利益诉求多样;治理主体缺位,治理水平不高等问题。结合各地的经验做法,或许可以通过强化党组织在治理中的引领作用、加强社区治理多元化队伍建设、创新社区治理体系、健全社区服务工作机制等路径来破解老旧小区治理困境。
The governance of old urban residential communities is related to the realization of residents’yearning for a better life,the modernization of grassroots governance,and the realization of Chinese-style modernization.In the current governance of old residential communities,there are still many predicaments,such as backward infrastructure and an unsatisfactory living environment.The residents have a complex structure and diverse interests and demands,lack of governance subjects,and low governance level.Drawing on the experiences and practices of various regions,perhaps the governance predicament of old residential communities can be resolved through the following ways:such as strengthening the leading role of the Party organization in governance,enhancing the construction of diversified community governance teams,innovating the community governance system,and improving the community service working mechanism.
