摘要
本文系统阐述了压电陶瓷驱动器力学模型的构建方法与性能测试流程。通过剖析压电效应原理,结合结构动力学理论,详细推导了粘贴式压电陶瓷驱动器的力学模型。基于数值模拟与试验测试对模型进行验证,并分析了关键参数对驱动器性能的影响。结果表明,所建立的模型能有效地模拟检测驱动器的驱动特性,为优化驱动器设计提供了理论依据。
This article systematically elaborates on the construction method and performance testing process of the mechanical model of piezoelectric ceramic actuators.By analyzing the principle of piezoelectric effect and combining it with structural dynamics theory,a detailed mechanical model of adhesive piezoelectric ceramic actuators was derived.The model was validated through numerical simulation and experimental testing,and the influence of key parameters on the performance of the driver was analyzed.The results show that the established model can effectively simulate and detect the driving characteristics of the driver,providing a theoretical basis for optimizing the driver design.
