摘要
采用在FeSiB非晶软磁材料表面原位生长MIL-88(Fe)的方法,合成了MIL-88(Fe)@FeSiB复合材料。通过改变MIL-88(Fe)的添加量优化复合材料的电磁波吸收特性。当MIL-88(Fe)添加量为20%、吸波涂层厚度为3.3 mm、频率为6.3 GHz时,反射率最小值达到-69.99 dB。多孔结构MIL-88(Fe)材料的引入,增强了电磁波在材料内部的多重反射和界面极化作用,同时改善了阻抗匹配,使得材料的电磁波吸收性能达到最优。
The MIL-88(Fe)@FeSiB composite material was synthesized by in-situ growth of MIL-88(Fe)on the surface of FeSiB amorphous soft magnetic material.Optimize the electromagnetic wave absorption characteristics of composite materials by changing the amount of MIL-88(Fe)added.When the content of MIL-88(Fe)is 20%,the thickness of the absorbing coating is 3.3 mm,and the frequency is 6.3 GHz,the minimum reflectivity reaches-69.99 dB.The introduction of MIL-88(Fe)material with porous structure increases the multiple reflections and interface polarization of electromagnetic waves inside the material,while improving impedance matching,resulting in optimal electromagnetic wave absorption performance of the material.
