摘要
对带电作业用绝缘棒进行超声检测,分析缺陷位置和大小对缺陷回波的影响。试验结果表明:采用双晶探头法检测含缺陷的绝缘棒时,缺陷回波接收时间与缺陷至探头间的距离呈正相关;回波幅度反映缺陷偏离探头中心轴线的距离,幅度越高表明距离越近;缺陷的直径越大,回波峰值越大,且脉冲宽度越宽。
The ultrasonic detection was used for the insulating rods of live working to analyze the influence of defect location and size on defect echo.Several concludes can be drawed from the test when using the twin-probe method to detect the defective insulating rods.The receiving time of defect echo is positively correlated with the distance from the defect to the probe.The amplitude of echo reflects the distance of the defect from central axis of the probe,with a higher amplitude indicating a closer distance.The larger the diameter of the defect,the larger the peak value of echo,and the wider the pulse width.
