摘要
烧结钕铁硼(sintered NdFeB)作为重要的永磁材料,在现代工业中应用广泛。晶界扩散技术作为关键加工方法,可有效改善烧结钕铁硼磁体的性能和稳定性,在大幅提高矫顽力的同时降低重稀土使用量。晶界扩散作为影响烧结钕铁硼磁体性能的重要工艺,一直是研究的焦点。本文综述了近年来烧结钕铁硼晶界扩散的研究进展,包括晶界扩散的机制、影响因素以及调控策略等,旨在为该领域的进一步研究提供参考。
As an important permanent magnet material,sintered NdFeB is widely used in modern industry.Grain boundary diffusion technology,as a key processing method,can effectively improve the performance and stability of sintered NdFeB magnets.It significantly increasing coercivity while reducing the use of heavy rare earth elements.As a critical process affecting the performance of sintered NdFeB magnets,grain boundary diffusion has always been one of the focuses of research.This article reviews the progress in research on grain boundary diffusion of sintered NdFeB in recent years,including the mechanism,influencing factors and control strategies of grain boundary diffusion,aiming to provide a reference for further research in this field.
