摘要
围绕智能制造领域对高端复合应用型人才的需求,构建并实践了“四衔接四融合三平台”培养模式。该模式基于产教融合理念,通过“教育链、产业链、创新链、人才链”四链衔接,深化校企合作,构建了理论与实践并重的课程体系。同时,“三平台”支撑多层次实践教学,为学生提供全方位的技能培养。以电力电子课程为应用场景,课程体系结合行业标准,依托仿真实验与企业项目训练,显著提升了学生的知识运用能力与创新思维。研究结果表明,该模式有效提升了学生在工程应用和科研创新方面的综合素养,提高了人才培养质量,为智能制造产业输送了高水平、强适应性的应用型人才。
Focuses on the demand for high-end composite application talents in the field of intelligent manufacturing,it constructs and practices a"four connections,four integrations,and three platforms"(referred to as"443")training model.Based on the concept of industry-education integration,this model deepens school-enterprise cooperation through the connection of"education chain,industry chain,innovation chain and talent chain",and constructs a curriculum system that emphasizes both theory and practice.At the same time,the"three platforms"supports multi-level practical teaching,provides students with comprehensive skill training.Taking the power electronics course as an application scenario,the curriculum system combines industry standards,relies on simulation experiments and enterprise project training,and significantly improves students'knowledge application ability and innovative thinking.The research results show that this model effectively enhances students'comprehensive literacy in engineering application and scientific research innovation,improves the quality of talent cultivation,and contributes high-level and adaptable application talents to the intelligent manufacturing industry.
