利用非圆齿轮平抑万向节速度波动的方法研究

摘要 飞机操纵系统广泛使用十字轴式万向节进行传动,万向节的变速运动特性会激发周期性振动。针对这种现象,提出采用非圆齿轮驱动万向节平抑速度波动的方法。首先,分析万向节运动过程,得到从动轴的不等速运动特性;其次,根据从动轴角速度变化规律设计非圆齿轮副的传动比函数,进而创建非圆齿轮副三维模型;最后,将非圆齿轮与万向节串联后构建虚拟样机,利用运动仿真手段检测从动轴的输出速度。结果表明,利用非圆齿轮驱动万向节平抑速度波动的方法有效可行,为缓解飞机操纵系统的周期性振动提供了新的解决方案。 Cardan universal joint is widely used in aircraft control system for transmission,the variable speed motion of universal joints can stimulate periodic vibrations in aircraft control systems.In response to this phenomenon,a method is proposed to suppress velocity fluctuations in universal joints by using non-circular gears.Firstly,by analyzing the movement of the universal joints,the variable-speed motion characteristics of the driven shaft are obtained;Secondly,the transmission ratio function of the non-circular gear pair is designed based on the pattern of the driven shaft angular velocity.It creates a three-dimensional model of the non-circular gear pair,connects the non-circular gear in series with the universal joint to construct a virtual prototype,and detects the output speed of the driven shaft in dynamic simulation.The results indicate that the method of using non-circular gears to drive universal joints to smooth out speed fluctuations is effective and feasible,and it provides a new solution for alleviating periodic vibrations in aircraft control systems.
