摘要
针对煤矿救援通道装备掘进过程滚刀切削煤岩原理缺乏研究的现状,采用ABAQUS软件建立单把滚刀破碎煤岩的有限元模型,分析滚刀破碎煤岩过程中贯入度与切削速度对破岩力的影响。研究结果表明,平均切削力均随贯入度和切削速度增大呈线性增大。综合考虑贯入度和切削速度对滚刀切削力平均值和波动幅度的影响,选取大小适中的贯入度和较大的切削速度的参数组合将有利于实现快速、安全的煤矿应急救援通道掘进。
According to the lack of research on the principle of disc cutter cutting coal rock during mining process,the finite model of coal rock cutting by single disc cutter is set up based on ABAQUS.It analyzes the influence of penetration and cutting speed on rock breaking force during mining process.Considering of breaking force,it selects moderate penetration and large cutting speed,and is beneficial to realize fast and safe tunneling of coal mine emergency rescue channel.
