摘要
造纸业是关系国计民生的重要基础原料产业,但在发展过程中也面临着资源消耗大、环境污染重等问题。随着生态文明建设的不断推进,节能减排、发展循环经济、加强生态保护等已成为造纸业可持续发展的必然要求。基于此,在分析生态文明建设对造纸业可持续发展要求的基础上,剖析了造纸业在资源消耗、环境污染、产业结构、技术创新等方面面临的突出问题,提出了转变发展理念、优化产业结构、加强科技创新等推动造纸业可持续发展的路径,以期为促进造纸业绿色低碳循环发展提供参考。
Paper industry is an important basic raw material industry related to the national economy and people's livelihood,but it also faces problems such as large resource consumption and heavy environmental pollution in the development process.With the continuous advancement of ecological civilization construction,energy saving and emission reduction,the development of circular economy,and the strengthening of ecological protection have become the inevitable requirements for the sustainable development of paper industry.Based on the analysis of the requirements of ecological civilization construction for the sustainable development of paper industry,the paper analyzes the prominent problems faced by paper industry in resource consumption,environmental pollution,industrial structure,technological innovation and so on.The paper puts forward some ways to promote the sustainable development of paper industry,such as changing development concept,optimizing industrial structure and strengthening scientific and technological innovation,in order to provide reference for the green,low-carbon and circular development of paper industry.
