摘要
γδT细胞是一类非经典的T淋巴细胞亚群,以主要组织相容性复合体(MHC)非限制性方式快速识别各类抗原。近年来,越来越多的研究表明异常激活的γδT细胞可通过调节免疫应答参与生殖失败(包括复发性流产、反复种植失败和不孕症等)的发生,充分研究γδT细胞的生物学特性、活化途径、功能及其在生殖失败发病机制中的免疫调节作用,可以为生殖失败的诊治开辟新思路。
γδT cells are an unconventional type of T lymphocyte subset,which quickly recognize various antigens in the non-restrictive manner of the major histocompatibility complex(MHC).In recent years,increasing evidence has shown that abnormally activatedγδT cells may participate in the occurrence of reproductive failure(including recurrent spontaneous abortion,repeated implantation failure and infertility,etc)by modulating the immune response.More studies on the biological characteristics,activation pathway,functions,and the immunomodulatory role ofγδT cells in the pathogenesis of reproductive failure will provide new insight into the diagnosis and treatment of reproductive failure.
