摘要
作为人工智能的新突破,生成式人工智能(Generative Artificial Intelligence,GenAI)给高等教育带来了巨大的机遇与挑战,“高校如何应用生成式人工智能”成为了高等教育领域备受瞩目的议题。为此,文章采用质性研究方法,基于国外11所高校发布的14份GenAI应用指南政策文本进行研究,通过数据收集和开放式编码、主轴编码、选择性编码三个阶段的数据分析,形成了高校GenAI应用路径模型。此模型通过“价值引领”建立共同理解、“条件保障”打造支持环境、“教育创新”奠定知识基础、“审查评估”规避潜在风险,全方位、立体化地描绘了高校应用GenAI的现实图景。之后,文章依托此模型,借鉴国外高校的GenAI应用经验,提出我国高校的GenAI应用策略,以回应“高校如何应用生成式人工智能”的问题,并为我国高校实现数字时代的教育高质量发展提供理论支撑。
As a new breakthrough in artificial intelligence,generative artificial intelligence(GenAI)has brought huge opportunities and challenges to higher education.“How universities can apply GenAI”has become a topic of great concern in the field of higher education.To address this issue,this paper adopted a qualitative research approach,and conducted research based on 14 policy documents on GenAI application guidelines published by 11 overseas universities.Through data collection and data analysis in three stages of open coding,main axis coding,and selective coding,a GenAI application pathway model for universities was established.This model comprehensively and three-dimensionally described the realistic picture of GenAI application in universities through“value leadership”to establish a common understanding,“conditional guarantees”to create a supportive environment,“educational innovation”to lay a knowledge foundation,and“review and assessment”to avoid potential risks.After that,relying on the model,the article drew on the GenAI application experiences from foreign universities to propose GenAI application strategies for Chinese universities to address the question of“how universities can apply GenAI”,and provided theoretical support for Chinese universities to achieve high-quality educational development in the digital era.
