摘要
为解决景区索道钢丝绳采用探伤仪检测效率低、精度差问题,提出了一种基于霍尔元件的新型非接触式钢丝绳探测技术。该技术首先对钢丝绳进行磁化处理,然后利用霍尔元件对钢丝绳进行检测,若钢丝绳存在损伤,则会导致该位置的磁场发生变化,因此能够实现对钢丝绳损伤情况的快速检测。文章重点研究了霍尔元件的布置方式对探伤精度的影响,确定了最佳布置结构,实际应用表明,新的探伤技术能够实现0.5 mm的损伤检测和定位,有效提升了索道钢丝绳的探测效率和精度。
In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and poor accuracy of flaw detector in ropeway wire rope in scenic spots,this paper puts forward a new non-contact wire rope detection technology based on Hall element.This technology first magnetizes the wire rope,and then uses Hall element to detect the wire rope.If the wire rope is damaged,the magnetic field at this position will change,so it can realize the rapid detection of the damage of the wire rope.This paper focuses on the influence of Hall element arrangement on flaw detection accuracy,and determines the best arrangement structure.The practical application shows that the new flaw detection technology can realize 0.5 mm damage detection and location,effectively improving the detection efficiency and accuracy of ropeway wire rope.
