摘要
对高炉电动鼓风机组跳机、风压波动及延误机组启动原因进行了分析,总结高炉电动鼓风机组历年来发生的事故原因,结合已发生事故的处理情况,采取增设备用电源、取消非紧要跳机信号、保护信号改为三选二模式等技术和管理手段,减少了事故的发生,更好地为高炉冶炼生产提供保障。
This paper analyzes the causes of tripping,wind pressure fluctuation and delayed start-up of the electric blower unit for blast furnace,summarizes the accident cause in the electric blower unit for blast furnace over the years,combined with the treatment of accidents,adopts technical and management methods such as adding standby power supply,canceling non-critical trip signal and changing protection signal to two-out-of-three mode,which reduces the occurrence of accidents and provides better guarantee for smelting production of blast furnace.
