摘要
为实现鞍山钢铁集团有限公司铁运分公司热风解冻库自动化控制,基于DCS系统实施改造,采用新增测温元件、电动调节阀及智能模型优化措施。结果表明,该集控系统应用后,可实现解冻可控化、过程可视化及历史追溯。验证表明,降低人力成本45万元/a,减少煤气消耗576.16万元/a,并通过温度精准控制避免车辆损耗。
In order to realize the automatic control of the hot air thawing shed of Railway Transportation Branch Company of Anshan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,the transformation was implemented based on DCS system,and new temperature measuring elements,electric regulating valves and intelligent model optimization measures were adopted.The results show that after the application of the centralized control system,the thawing can be controlled,the process visualization and the history traceability can be realized.The verification shows that the labor cost is reduced by 450,000 yuan/a,the gas consumption is reduced by 5,761,600 yuan/a,and the vehicle loss is avoided through precise temperature control.
