摘要 桥梁数字施工技术是目前高铁桥梁智能建造的热点技术,但目前缺少能够很好落地应用的实际案例。以新建包银高铁钢混连续梁施工项目为背景,通过构建全桥BIM+GIS轻量化模型,并构建桥墩、主梁混凝土节段、主梁钢混结合段、钢箱梁节段、钢筋、预应力钢束、预埋件、附属结构等部位的G4级模型,实现了面向施工测量、方案策划、线形监控、工程算量、质量管控等方面的实际应用,所构建的数字模型可充分表达该施工项目的复杂性及其技术特征,能够深入应用到施工项目日常技术处理,且取得了良好的应用效果。 Bridge digital construction technology is a hot technology in the intelligent construction of high-speed railway bridges,but there is a lack of practical cases that can be well applied.Based on the construction project of the new steel-concrete continuous beam of Baotou-Yinchuan high-speed railway,the BIM+GIS lightweight model of the whole bridge is constructed,and the G4-level model of the pier,the concrete segment of the main beam,the steel-concrete composite segment of the main beam,the steel box girder segment,the steel bar,the prestressed steel bundle,the embedded parts,the auxiliary structure and other parts is constructed.The practical application of con⁃struction measurement,scheme planning,linear monitoring,engineering calculation,quality control and other as⁃pects is realized.The constructed digital model can fully express the complexity and technical characteristics of the construction project,and can be applied to the daily technical processing of the construction project,and has achieved good application results.
