基于多维分析技术的制动阀检修大数据平台构架优化 被引量:1

摘要 制动阀故障是影响路货车正常营运的最主要故障之一。既有检修车间信息系统更侧重于文件的管理与收集,又有较丰富的数据积累但缺乏数据分析。采用混合架构,在保持原有信息系统结构不变的基础上,通过Hadoop框架结合Hive分布式数据仓库、Apache Kylin多维分析引擎、HBase分布式实时数据仓库等技术构建制动阀检修大数据多维分析系统,并对其应用前景做了阐述。该系统能够对制动阀检修数据进行多维度深层次的分析预测,对于提高检修水平、减少故障几率、合理规划资源、提高管理水平有重要价值。 Brake valve failure is one of the most important faults affecting the normal operation of road trucks.The existing maintenance workshop information system focuses more on the management and collection of documents,and has rich data accumulation but lacks data analysis.Using a hybrid architecture,on the basis of maintaining the original information system structure,the Hadoop framework is combined with Hive distributed data warehouse,Apache Kylin multi-dimensional analysis engine,HBase distributed real-time data warehouse and other technolo-gies to build a brake valve maintenance big data multi-dimensional analysis system,and its application prospects are described.The system can carry out multi-dimensional and in-depth analysis and prediction of brake valve main-tenance data,which is of great value for improving maintenance level,reducing failure probability,rationally plan-ning resources and improving management level.
