基于阶次分析技术的工业数据智能采集系统设计研究

摘要 工业数据是信息化时代企业高质量发展的关键所在,为企业智能化转型打下坚实的基础。设计了包含4个模块的工业数据采集系统,并在工业数据处理阶段引入阶次分析技术,有效挖掘工业数据中的非线性特征。采用ETL系统实现对原始数据的抽取、数据转换以及数据加载,设计了数据采集系统架构。将设计的工业数据采集系统应用于工业设备齿轮故障数据采集中,结果表明:该数据采集系统可以有效诊断机械设备的齿轮故障。这对企业在实际经营过程中更好地运用工业数据,提升企业的智能化水平具有一定的实际价值。 Industrial data is the key to the high-quality development of enterprises in the information age,laying a solid foundation for the intelligent transformation of enterprises.An industrial data acquisition system including four modules is designed,and order analysis technology is introduced in the industrial data processing stage to effec⁃tively mine the nonlinear characteristics in industrial data.The ETL system is used to realize the extraction,data conversion and data loading of the original data,and the data acquisition system architecture is designed.The de⁃signed industrial data acquisition system is applied to the gear fault data acquisition of industrial equipment.The re⁃sults show that the data acquisition system can effectively diagnose the gear fault of mechanical equipment.This has certain practical value for enterprises to make better use of industrial data in the actual operation process and im⁃prove the intelligent level of enterprises.
