摘要
温度、湿度和储存时间对密封剂性能有很大影响,阐明其影响规律可以为自动涂胶工艺提供理论依据。根据聚硫密封剂的使用条件,选取5个湿度点、5个温度点以及3个储存时间,研究不同环境状态对聚硫密封剂的黏度、活性期、流淌性以及力学性能影响。选取3个温度点、3个湿度点研究不同硫化时间下密封剂黏度变化规律。选择对密封剂影响较为明显的5个温度点,研究不同温度对密封剂拉伸强度与拉剪强度的影响。结果表明:温度、湿度、储存时间均对密封剂黏度、活性期、流淌行有一定的影响,而温度影响程度最高。温度、湿度均对密封剂硫化有一定影响,温度和湿度的升高会加快密封剂的硫化速率。
Temperature,humidity and storage time have a great influence on the performance of sealant.Clarifying the influence law can provide a theoretical basis for the automatic coating process.According to the use conditions of polysulfide sealant,five humidity points,five temperature points and three storage time were selected to study the effects of different environmental conditions on the viscosity,active period,fluidity and mechanical properties of polysulfide sealant.Three temperature points and three humidity points were selected to study the viscosity change rule of sealant under different vulcanization time.Five temperature points with obvious influence on the sealant were selected to study the influence of different temperatures on the tensile strength and tensile shear strength of the sealant.The results show that temperature,humidity and storage time have a certain influence on the viscosity,ac⁃tivity period and flow of sealant,and the temperature has the highest influence.The temperature and humidity have a certain influence on the vulcanization of the sealant.The increase of temperature and humidity will accelerate the vulcanization rate of the sealant.
