摘要
在高分子聚合物的行业报告查新分析中,聚乙烯醇是一种用途广泛的水溶性高分子聚合物,能够作为一种胶粘剂成分应用于造纸和木材加工等行业,然而它耐水性差,使其应用性能受到严重影响,所以通常将聚乙烯醇和其他物质混合制备复合胶粘剂以提高其在粘接过程中的防水性能。本文首先介绍了聚乙烯醇胶粘剂的配方组成聚乙烯醇、助剂和水,并对其改性研究进展进行重点叙述,接着介绍了聚乙烯醇改性的特点,优势及与其他胶粘剂的研究进展,着重突出了聚乙烯醇的添加对胶粘性能的影响,最后对聚乙烯醇及其改性胶粘剂的应用进行阐述,并对其精细化、功能化和绿色环保的发展方向进行展望。
In the novelty search analysis of industry reports on polymer materials,polyvinyl alcohol is a widely used water-soluble polymer,which can be used as an adhesive component in papermaking and wood processing industries.However,its poor water resistance seriously affects its application performance.Therefore,polyvinyl alcohol and oth⁃er substances are usually mixed to prepare a composite adhesive to improve its waterproof performance during the bonding process.This paper first introduces the formula of polyvinyl alcohol adhesive,including polyvinyl alcohol,ad⁃ditives and water,and focuses on the research progress of its modification.Then it introduces the characteristics,ad⁃vantages and research progress of polyvinyl alcohol modification with other adhesives,and highlights the effect of polyvinyl alcohol addition on adhesive properties.Finally,the application of polyvinyl alcohol and its modified adhe⁃sives is described,and the development direction of its refinement,functionalization and green environmental protec⁃tion is prospected.
